TODAY’S MATCH: Finland VS Belgium 8:00PM
Roberto Martinez has warned Finland that Belgium will not put their foot on the brake tonight for their final Euro 2020 group game.
Belgium are already through to the knockout stages, but Martinez says that Kevin De Bruyne, Eden Hazard and Axel Witsel are set to play, while Romelu Lukaku could keep his place so he can stay in the hunt to be top scorer at the tournament.
Jan Vertonghen, Thomas Vermaelen and Toby Alderweireld will make up a strong-looking central defenxe, and Martinez said: “We’re here to try to be as good as we can, and that means you have to try to win every game.”
Finland can still reach the last-16 if they beat Belgium, but would also go through with a draw if Russia lose to Denmark.
Teemu Pukki, Finland’s standout player, should be fit to start up front for a third straight game after being brought off in the 76th minute against Denmark and the 75th minute against Russia.
The match will be played at SAINT-PETERSBURG STADIUM at 8:00pm today.
