Nigerian gospel music minister, songwriter, and passionate worshipper, Olomola Oluseun (PHOP) releases a new single and music video titled “Atirami” (I am Redeemed) featuring Wemimo Taiwo & Bayo Bankole
The Yoruba-titled single [a dialect spoken in the Western region of Nigeria] that means “ATIRAMI (I am Redeemed),” according to The Scriptures in 1 Peter 1:18 – 19 1 Peter 1: (AMP)
18. You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed (ransomed) from the useless (fruitless) way of living inherited by tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible things [such as] silver and gold,
19. But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.
teaches us (Believers) that we are Redeemed, ransomed, and purchased with the Precious Blood of the Lamb. The song emphasized the Glorious revelation of the complete work of salvation that Christ did for us. His death was foreordained and planned before creation.
So what does the Cross mean? It means IT IS FINISHED; The price has been fully paid; The Rich Atoning Blood of Jesus can NEVER NEVER lose its power; the Work of Redemption is FULLY Completed.
